If You Haven’t Been Sleeping... You’re Not Alone
Apparently the witches, druids, pagans, heathens, chaos makers, and empaths have been wide awake lately.
Restless nights. Heavy dreams. That feeling like something is shifting.
If your sleep has been broken, your intuition loud, or your energy buzzing at 3 a.m.-this is your roll call.
Please report.
Lately, I've noticed a significant number of people identifying as witches, druids, pagans, heathens, chaos makers, and empaths sharing their experiences of disrupted sleep patterns. From my personal experience within these communities, this collective restlessness often points to deeper energetic or spiritual shifts occurring on a larger scale. Many of us report feeling a buzzing energy around 3 a.m., the time when the veil between worlds is said to be thinnest, making it easier to tap into intuitive signals or even encounter vivid, immersive dreams. This phenomenon isn't just about poor sleep but can be interpreted as a sign that something meaningful is evolving, whether on a personal or global level. For those who resonate with these identities, it's helpful to honor the body’s need for rest while acknowledging these heightened experiences. Practices like grounding meditations, light stretching, or journaling immediately after waking from heavy dreams can aid in navigating this time. From informal discussions in online forums to ritual gatherings, there's a shared understanding that we are in a transitional phase. This collective waking during the night hours underscores how interconnected these communities are through energy and intuition. If you find yourself awake and alert during these hours, consider it a roll call from kindred spirits—an invitation to explore what your subconscious and intuition might be revealing. At the same time, maintaining physical well-being through proper hydration, minimized screen time before bed, and creating a calming night routine can balance the impact of these restless nights. Ultimately, this shared sleeplessness connects us and reminds us that we are not alone in experiencing these profound shifts.
been waking up between 3 and 4 every single night. At first wake, I'm ready to go like I was right in the middle of doing something and need to finish it, then try to go back to sleep and it takes hours. Then the day is kind of icky bc of the restless sleep. Staying positive though, something will give soon.
