Thrift Store Book Haul!
Back with another Thrift Haul for books! This time I definitely went in with a list and I grabbed a few that I just wanted for my bookshelf and some have been on my tbr for ages! So happy to add these to my collection for such an affordable price☺️.
In order, here’s everything I picked up!
1. Happy Place - I loved Beach Read by Emily Henry and added Happy Place to my TBR a while ago.
2. Little Fires Everywhere - I’m on a mission to read every book that has an on screen adaptation (that I enjoyed)
3. Verity - this has been recommended to me by many friends and I can’t wait to dig in!
4. Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine - this book specifically wasn’t on my tbr but I’ve seen it a lot on peoples shelves and wanna see what it’s about
5. Break Your Own Rules - looked interesting and I love anything feminist
6. Things Fall Apart - a favorite of mine, needed it on my shelf and can’t wait to jump in someone’s mind with the annotations
7. Bad Feminist - comes HIGHLY recommended. Plus I love Roxanne Gay
8. Milk and Honey - never read it but I wanna see if it’s worth the hype
9. Daisy Jones and the Six - has been on my TBR since I read The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. Love love love TGR
My total for all these books came out to $17.98! And all (most) are in great condition. If you are looking to make reading and collecting affordable don’t shy away from your local thrift store, libraries, etc. Thrifting for books changed my life, it’s sustainable, cheaper, and the pages read all the same.
