Hey Lemon8 fam, I’m Lyss and I’m excited to join this community for the first time and share my journey of finding light in the little things. Here’s a peek into my daily routine as I balance work, school, and self-care:

✨ Morning Positivity:

I wake up at 6 AM and spend 30–60 minutes soaking in good vibes—reading uplifting quotes, a sweet message from my boyfriend, and reminding myself that everything will be okay.

📚 Campus & Class Life:

I attend a lovely private Catholic university, which inspires me daily. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I’m in class from 10:30 AM to 3:45 PM, and I work from 5 PM–9 PM. I also use apps like xTiles and Coursicle to keep my school schedule and to-do lists in check.

🎶 Musical Escape:

Music is my therapy—I love curating playlists that keep me calm. I even invite you to add me on Airbuds if you want to swap tunes!

🎮 Unwinding:

When stress hits, I relax by streaming and playing games like Fortnite and Overwatch—my favorite way to decompress after a hectic day.

Balancing school, work, and the pressures of daily life can be overwhelming, but I rely on mindful practices like breathing techniques and organized planning to manage my anxiety and stress.
