The Emerald Glass Thing, a couple in Thailand 🙏🏻

The Emerald Glass is a Buddha sculpted from emerald-like green nephreite light jade. It is a Buddha genus of art before Chiang Saen to Chiang Saen art. Matching evidence indicates that it was first found. Enshrined in Wat Phuang Pagoda, Viang Parish, Chiang Rai.[1] (Now Wat Phra Kaew, Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province) In the Buddha of 1977, the pagoda was crumbling, and found a statue of Buddha in love with the gilding, and summoned it in the temple, and then some of the cement was broken out, and the whole body was poured out.

Travel by public bus

For those who do not use private cars, you can use a number of buses that pass through the area around Wat Phra Kaew, such as Lines 3, 6, 12, 18, 25, 44 and 59. You can get off at the stop in front of the Preah Yard or around the Grand Palace, not far from Wat Phra Kaew. There are also special buses designed to comfortably accommodate tourists.

BTS Transit and Chao Phraya Express Boat Travel

A popular way for tourists is to use the BTS bus service by getting off at Saphan Taksin Station and building the Chao Phraya Express Ship to Tha Pra Athit or Tha Chang Pier, which is near Phra Kaew Temple. This will help to experience the atmosphere along the Chao Phraya River and avoid traffic jams in Bangkok.

On foot

From Tha Chang Pier or the Grand Palace, a few minutes on foot will reach Phra Kaew Temple. Sightseeing the surroundings is another way to experience the cultural atmosphere and landmarks such as the Grand Palace and the museum.

Private car travel

For those who use private cars, traveling to Wat Phra Kaew requires planning for parking. Because the neighborhood has limited parking and some are restricted areas, parking may require parking in the Grand Palace area, or finding parking on the periphery and continuing by public bus.
