私も築年数が長い賃貸に住んでいますが、ナチュラルウッドやボタニカルテイストの家具や小物を少しずつ取り入れることで、居心地の良い空間に変わりました。特に、観葉植物を多めに配置すると自然の癒し効果もあり、お部屋が明るく生き生きと感じられます。 さらに、1つの系統にこだわらず、自分の好きなものをミックスすることで、日々の暮らしに彩りがでて飽きにくいインテリアになります。築30年の賃貸でも工夫次第でおしゃれに、そして自分らしさを表現できるのでおすすめです。私の場合は、壁にナチュラルカラーのアートや写真を飾ったり、ボタニカル柄のクッションでアクセントをつけています。 また、DIYで壁の一部に簡単なリメイクシートを貼ったり、収納に木製のかごを使ったりすることで、ナチュラルウッドの温かみがプラスされます。賃貸ならではの制限はありますが、工夫して楽しむ賃貸インテリアをぜひトライしてみてください。
