Unique Habits of self care🧘🏽♀️✨
Self care isn’t just taking a long bath and doing skin care. It’s something doing things that help you get better sleep.
Here are some few stuff that I try to do every now and then:
*Banana tea: yes I know sounds weird, but definitely worth it. Banana peel is rich in magnesium, so making a tea out of it will help relax muscles.
*Sleep Affirmations: Instead of morning affirmations, whisper calming ones before bed like: “I am safe, I am calm, I am letting go.” Your subconscious holds onto it overnight.
* Instead of writing what happened in your day, write down what you want to dream about or what feelings you want to release before bed. It clears mental clutter.
