I’ve always loved this verse and also need constant reminder to follow it. Anxiety/social anxiety holds me back from so much. I must always remember that He is there to carry those worries for me. I’m not alone, and I don’t have to hold the weight of my anxiety. He is there ready for me to give it all to Him.
