Since I'm new here and you're getting to know me, I wanted to share a little more about the things I love and what makes my world go 'round! It's so exciting to find a community where we can all share our passions. First off, my love for books is huge! If you're anything like me, you probably spotted that quote, "To the stars who listen, Feyre. To the dreams that are answered, Rhys." Yes, I'm a massive fan of fantasy, especially ACOTAR! Getting lost in an epic story is one of my favorite ways to unwind. If you're looking to dive into reading more, my best advice is to start with a genre that already sparks your interest in movies or TV. Don't feel pressured to pick up classics if they don't call to you; finding what you genuinely enjoy is key! I'm always looking for new recommendations, so feel free to share your favorites too. My 'homebody' side absolutely adores DIY and crafts. There’s something incredibly satisfying about creating something with your own hands. You might have seen my custom embroidered patch – that was such a fun project! If you're thinking of trying a new craft, embroidery is fantastic for beginners. All you really need is an embroidery hoop, some thread, needles, and a piece of fabric. There are countless free patterns online, or you can personalize an item like a beanie. I also enjoy putting together seasonal home decor; last fall, I loved arranging my 'FALL SWEET FALL' elements to make my space extra cozy. It’s all about those personal touches that make a house a home. And yes, I'm a big kid at heart when it comes to Legos! For me, it's not just a childhood hobby; adult Lego sets are incredibly therapeutic. I'm especially drawn to the botanical collection – they make such beautiful and unique display pieces that fit perfectly into my home decor. If you're seeking a relaxing way to destress and engage your creative side, I highly recommend exploring some of the more intricate Lego sets. It’s a wonderful form of mindfulness, building something amazing piece by piece. Of course, I can't talk about my life without mentioning my beloved furry companions, Mushroom and Peep! These two bring so much joy and laughter into my everyday. Any pet parent knows the special bond you share with your animals. I'll definitely be sharing more of their adorable antics and maybe some of the things I've learned about keeping happy, healthy cats. They really are the best. Finally, my kitchen is often filled with the aroma of fresh bakes or a delicious home-cooked meal. Baking and cooking are another creative outlet for me. There's nothing quite like sharing food you've made with love. I love trying new recipes, especially comforting dishes that are perfect for a cozy evening in.
