My routine on a Saturday ✨
Hey beautiful people! This is a little peak of my Saturday during day 6 of 75 Hard.
On Saturdays I take a spinning class while fasting and then when I come back home I get to take my time and enjoy a yummy breakfast.
I realized that I never explain my rules for the 75 Hard challenge, so if someone was interested or curious about it:
🏋🏻♀️ 2 45 min workouts per day
👟 One has to be outside. If not able to do this second workout outside, I must reach at least 10k steps per day (I modified this one a little bit because my job and schedule)
🥑 Follow a diet (for me I chose all clean and nutritional food, avoid sugar and preservative, preferably all homemade and fresh). No cheat meal.
🚰 Drink 2.5 liters of water
📸 Take a daily progress picture of yourself (I can only remember to do it when I think I’m showing my outfit for the workout of the day)
📖 Read 10 pages of a non-fictional book every day
There will be no rest days or cheat meals until the day 76. If I fail on one of this tasks, I have to start all over again.
