I included a refreshing walk with my dogs to keep the routine enjoyable. Additionally, utilizing the treadmill for a quick 10-minute cardio session helps increase heart health. Completing a 16-minute escalator session targets both leg strength and endurance. The highlight of my day was a 45-minute strength workout focused on quads and hamstrings, which is crucial for building lower body strength. This comprehensive approach not only burns calories but also enhances overall fitness levels. With a total of 880 calories burnt, I track my progress meticulously to ensure accountability and motivation. For anyone on a similar journey, consider integrating fun activities like walking the dogs alongside structured workouts to maintain interest and enjoyment.
