Day 21, OOTD | WORKOUT | Swipe to see my puppies 🥰
Hello there! Here is a recap of what I did for workout on Sunday on my day 21 of 75 hard…
I felt I needed a break or an easy day, I had my legs feeling exhausted so I decided to take it easy, so I took the doggies on a walk for my outdoor workout, let me tell you that I fought the feeling of procrastination, I didn’t feel like going at all but I pushed myself because of course I wouldn’t be giving up this far, they puppies also needed it so look at me being a responsible and mature dogmom 😂😂
For my second workout I practiced some yoga at home, watching videos on YouTube, my body appreciated me taking it easy and stretching a lot to start fresh a new week, so it was a lazy Sunday but still accomplishing my challenge, I’m so proud of myself 😁
What did you do last Sunday?
Total calories burned for the day: 572
Completing a fitness challenge like the 75 Hard requires dedication and adaptability. On Day 21, I opted for a gentler workout to recover from an intense week. Walking my puppies not only helped me stay active with a total of 572 calories burned but also provided some quality time and fresh air. Outdoor walks, especially with pets, can be a perfect alternative to more intense workouts, making fitness fun and enjoyable. Additionally, yoga offers immense benefits for recovery and flexibility, aiding in muscle relaxation and stress relief. As I tuned into YouTube for my yoga session, I engaged in stretches that revitalized my body, bringing balance to my workout routine without overexerting myself. By being flexible with my fitness plans, I maintained my commitment to the challenge while honoring my body's needs. Incorporating rest days or lighter activities like yoga or walking is crucial for long-term success in any fitness journey. If you're also navigating a fitness challenge, remember you can adapt your workouts to your energy levels while still achieving your goals. What are some of your favorite ways to stay active on lighter days?
