出産準備の「部屋レイアウト」って、何をどこに置くか決めるだけで毎日のお世話がかなりラクになりました。私が意識したのは“夜のお世話動線”と“昼の居場所”を分けること。 まず寝室。ベビーベッドを置くなら、①親が立ち上がってすぐ手が届く位置、②エアコンの風が直接当たらない場所、③窓際（冷気）や暖房器具の近くを避ける、の3つを優先しました。ベッド横に「おむつ替えセット（おむつ・おしりふき・ゴミ袋）」「保湿類」「授乳ライト」をまとめた小さなワゴンを置くと、夜間に部屋を移動しなくて済んで本当に快適です。加湿器・空気清浄機を使う場合は、床置きなら転倒しない場所＋コードを隠す配置に。冬は室温20〜25℃、湿度50〜60％を目安にして、乾燥する日は洗濯物の部屋干しも併用していました。 次に「生後1ヶ月 メリー」問題。うちの子は1ヶ月頃から、回るものをぼーっと目で追うようになってメリーの出番が増えました。置き場所は“寝かせる場所の真正面”より、少し横（斜め上）がおすすめ。真上だけだと首が疲れやすい気がして、向きを変えられる位置にしていました。最初は数分でもOKで、泣いている時に無理に見せるより「ご機嫌な時に短時間」を繰り返すと慣れやすかったです。 「ぬいぐるみ 作り方」を調べる人も多いので、私は手作りが難しい時の代替案も書きます。裁縫が得意じゃない場合は、①市販のぬいぐるみに“名入れタグ（アイロン接着）”を付ける、②リボンやスタイだけ手作りして“ファーストトイ専用”にする、③同じぬいぐるみで毎月写真を撮って成長記録にする、が手軽で満足度高め。もし一から作るなら、赤ちゃんが口に入れる前提で「誤飲しやすいボタン目は避ける（刺繍にする）」「毛が抜けにくい生地」「洗える素材」を選ぶと安心でした。 最後に、昼の居場所はプレイマット＋バウンサー（またはベッドインベッド）など“1軍を1セット”作ると迷いません。最初から完璧を目指さず、レンタルや中古も挟みながら、赤ちゃんの好みに合わせて微調整していくのがいちばん現実的でした。
