Hard launching…my CAT!
#hardlaunch #lemon8challenge #letschat
Hi everyone! So this is my cat Vincenzo gazpacho or Vinnie for short, he is a Sphynx. I got him in November after dealing with the loss of my soul cat Shochu. I got Vinnie in November from a breeder, but this breeder only does it for the love of the breed, and actually loses money to bring this breed to people who love them. I am also a huge advocate for shelter cats and dogs, I am currently fostering 4 cats from a local rescue (if you want more information on them I will be posting about them soon!). Some people have a lot of questions about Vinnie so I’ll answer what I can
1. He gets bathed 1x a week with dove sensitive baby wash
2. Yes his nails get gunk in between them and I clean them up
3. He does have outfits but I only put them on when we go out to prevent him from getting zits
4. He has a very complicated dinner order, but I do it for his health
5. He loves to burrow and snuggle, and is very dog like
6. His normal smell is that of a fresh potato
That’s all for now if you have any questions leave them in the comments!
Vinnie, like many Sphynx cats, requires special care due to their unique skin and energy levels. Regular baths are crucial to keep their skin healthy, and it's essential to choose gentle products like baby wash to prevent irritation. It's also vital to keep their nails trimmed and clean, as Sphynx cats can experience buildup that may cause discomfort. Being a breed that thrives on human interaction, Vinnie enjoys the companionship just like a dog and loves to participate in activities such as playing fetch. This mix of feline and canine traits makes Sphynx cats very affectionate companions. As an advocate for shelter animals, fostering four rescue cats has not only filled my home with love but has also helped these animals find their forever homes. Each cat has its personality, just like Vinnie. It’s essential to support local rescues in your area. Sharing joyful moments with pets enhances mental well-being, and rescuing animals is profoundly rewarding. Interested in more Sphynx care tips? Look out for future posts where I will share details about Vinnie's diet, the special outfits he wears for adventures, and more about my experience fostering cats from local shelters!
