PSA: It’s okay to not be okay

I’m a mother of two, a soon to be wife (26 days), a full-time student trying to get into nursing school (currently taking microbiology, anatomy & physiology, statistics, and just finished an accelerated 6-week English comp 2), maintaining a home, planning a wedding, working at the hospital, trying to manage everyone’s schedules, and feeling overwhelmed.

I have so much support from my Fiance and I get to focus on school primarily which is such a blessing. I get told how strong I am and what a superwoman I am, that puts a pressure on me that doesn’t need to be there. I do it to myself. I had a severe meltdown a few days ago (AT WORK) and I was so embarrassed. All of the nurses reassured me it was okay and they know what it feels like but I could not stop crying!!

This is just a PSA that it’s OKAY to not be okay. Sometimes there is too much on your plate and it’s okay to cry. Everything I’m doing will be worth it in the end, but I know there will be more meltdowns and it’s fine. Even the most super people have bad days and it’s okay ❤️
