This year taught me so much…👇

I ran hard.

I laughed louder.

And I lived fully. 💛

From @unistudios , @disneyland , @greatwolflodge @ninjawarrior

to Hawaii, New York, and Yosemite 🌎

From cheering at an @angels game and a @anaheimducks game

to welcoming a new puppy into our family 🐶

And turning 11 — a year older, a year braver.

On the track and trails, I ran with two olympians Raevyn Rogers and Monique Henderson and learned what showing up really means:

🥈 @usatf Outdoor Nationals – 3000m

🥈 AAU Cross Country Nationals

Wins, lessons, travel, teamwork, faith, and so many memories in between.

I’m thankful for every race…

and every moment that had nothing to do with running at all.
