Feeling “exhausted” 5 minutes in?

It might not be your legs.

It might not be your fitness.

It’s how you’re using oxygen.

Here’s what most runners do wrong 👇

1️⃣ They panic-breathe

Short, shallow chest breaths = fast fatigue.

Slow it down. Breathe deep into your diaphragm.

2️⃣ They inhale more than they exhale

If you don’t fully exhale, stale air stays trapped.

Better exhales = better oxygen coming in.

3️⃣ They let breathing control the pace

Instead, let the pace match your breathing.

If you can’t stay rhythmic, you’re going too fast.

Efficient breathing = smoother pace.

Smoother pace = less “tired.”

Control the breath.

Control the race.
