For me, it was borderline, but if you have a real sweet tooth, you'll probably adore it. Think dessert in a bottle, rather than just a plain protein drink. Beyond the taste, I always look at the macros. The label proudly states 30g protein, and that's a huge win for hitting my daily goals. At only 160 calories and a mere 1g sugar, it’s incredible how much flavor they packed in without racking up the calories or sugar content. This makes it a fantastic option for a quick breakfast on the go, a post-workout recovery drink, or even just a satisfying snack when those dessert cravings hit. I often find other protein shakes can be bland or have a weird aftertaste, but this Premier Protein Lemon Bar shake is surprisingly smooth with no chalkiness or unpleasant finish.
