Steal My 4-Step shower Routine!

This is my current shower routine.

Step 1: Dial Soap is great at removing whatever dirt, bacteria, odor, whatever on your skin for a squeaky clean feel! I use it everywhere except my face and vaginal area.

Step 2: I use this Method Soap to replace the moisture I lost with the Dial Soap and also to get a nice scent.

Step 3: This Is the only Feminine Wash that had boric acid infused in it. It is super gentle and does a great job eliminating and/or controlling odor and any possibly sensitivity. I only use my hands to wash my feminine area with this soap. Tip: Do not use ANY scented soaps Down there. It throws off your pH and causes too many issues and could be a primary reason for conditions such as Bacterial Vaginosis.

Step 4: I use this body oil while I’m in the shower on wet skin or after I get out of the shower on damp skin. It completely locked in moisture and leaves your skin looking so soft and shiny and smelling great!

That’s it!

Let me know if you’ve tried any of these products and how you like it 😊.

Start with a deep cleansing soap that effectively removes impurities, such as Dial Soap, known for its powerful dirt-fighting properties. After cleansing, it’s crucial to rehydrate your skin. Method Soap with coconut milk and avocado can help replenish moisture while providing a delightful scent. For feminine hygiene, using a gentle wash infused with boric acid can help maintain a balanced pH, prevent odor, and avoid irritations. Always remember to opt for unscented products in sensitive areas to minimize issues like Bacterial Vaginosis. Lastly, seal in moisture with a nourishing body oil, which not only hydrates but also leaves your skin glowing. Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula is a popular choice for its rich, nutrient-packed formula, ensuring your skin remains soft and fragrant after every shower. Developing an effective shower routine can profoundly impact your skin health and overall well-being.

I first would wash my arms, back, armpits, stomach then my belly button, then legs, thighs, and feet. I do that 2x(double cleanse) then I use a separate washcloth to wash my buttocks. Then I wash my 🐱with honeypot/dove sensitive skin soap .

I love using dial then following up with a scented body wash or soap. The Monistat is my favorite wash and in my opinion the best feminine wash so far I’ve tried other than VH Essentials. I have to try to body oil looks 🔥
