“Remain in me, and I will remain in you.”
— John 15:4, NLT
This verse has been sitting heavy on my heart.
I had to pause and ask:
What does it really mean for me to remain in Jesus every single day?
It means staying faithful and worshipping even when I’m having the worst day or feeling at my lowest. Last night I didn’t sleep well I was anxious and it carried into my morning. The spirit of loneliness crept in.
This verse came at the right time because it reminded me pause, pray, and not panic…
I turned on my worship music and dropped my daughters off, prayed, cried, and I’m giving the rest to God 🙌🏾
And now…. I remember I’m not alone.
My heart is calmer. My spirit is lighter.
Because staying close to Him brings life.
“For apart from Me, you can do nothing.” — John 15:5
