how i’m rebranding for 2025 (college student) 🎀🥰

a new year calls for a complete rebrand of my life! i love planning new habits and lifestyle changes for the upcoming year, so I wanted to share a few of the changes I want to make for 2025!

physical health: walk 10K steps daily, strength training 3 times a week and pilates as much as I can. I want to get my pilates certification by the end of the year so my physical health is a huge goal of mine.

also prioritizing eating healthy and staying away from meats, sugars, processed foods and drinking a gallon of water (which is actually really hard for me)

skin health: i’ve struggled with my skin since middle school and I really want to make it a priority to fix my skin. i’ve been looking at supplements and fixing my diet to achieve those results.

mental health: making it a priority to journal, say affirmations and set small achievable goals to keep myself feeling good and accomplished. also making sure to set aside sundays to be a “reset day” from the busy week and limit doom scrolling!!

career and life path: reflect on my passions and potential career options. I also need to look at internships for my spring semester, and work on networking myself plus building a portfolio for social media.

Professionally, I'm excited to reflect on career paths, pursue internships, and network effectively while building my social media portfolio. The journey starts now, aiming for impactful changes in my life as a college student!
