happy Saturday! today I tried out a new wellness studio that just opened in the east village. they have ice baths, saunas, compression and red light therapy. the vibe was so comforting and calm and I had the best experience! after that I headed to tj’s (not pictured lol) to grab a few things and then went back to make breakfast!
