1) Be disciplined and Stay in that word

- as soon as you let yourself go too long without reading your sword, things get worse. Force yourself!

2) Never isolate yourself

- it’s okay to say no to hanging out sometimes but don’t decline too much. Being alone makes things worse. Get out that house!

3) Vent as much as you need in anyway to God

- be free; He’s your Father, He can handle anything you say but keep it cute and respectful. If you need to crash out, go ahead, scream? Do it. Cry? Do it. Sit in silence even? That’s fine. God can interpret all of them. Just keep chatting to Him
