This is one of my favorite gloss lip combos I use and it’s ALL affordable!!

I love a glossy lip that is more neutral than a pop of color, since a gloss can sometimes slide around I find a neutral combo wears the best on me personally!

If you haven’t tried the lip liners from elf you NEED to.
