If you told me five years ago, this would be my life path I would tell you that you were lying.

When I was working corporate, I was always so miserable and I knew there was something else out there that gave me so much more purpose and was really aligned to my life mission.

I know that I went through my health issues and I’m on this path to help others, not only to heal myself.

So when I was given a platform to use my voice, you bet I used it for positive and to help others.

I could never imagine my life to be great and it took for one day in 2020 me to make the decision I was going to start posting.

In 2020, I began sharing my story of chronic illness and my journey towards healing. I craved community and found that by sharing my experiences, others resonated with my story. I focused on my physical healing journey and healthful eating without sacrificing joy. This journey evolved, but my passion for health and wellness has remained constant.
