First day

I did a self taught ballet class today and a yoga class today.

I was definitely getting frustrated with my body not doing what I want it to. My technique needs some help and I realized after filming myself that I only focused on my shoe!

Things aren’t going to get better overnight! I’m going to keep at it and slowly I’ll see changes! If you never start you’ll never get better!
