One standout standout is 'Lessons in Chemistry' by Bonnie Garmus, which has garnered rave reviews for its compelling female lead and hilarious yet poignant narrative. If you're a horror aficionado, Grady Hendrix's 'The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires' blends dark humor with gripping suspense, exploring friendship and resilience against supernatural forces. For fans of thrillers, 'The Crash' offers a rollercoaster ride filled with unexpected twists that will leave you on the edge of your seat. Freida McFadden's 'The Boyfriend' delivers an intense, heart-pounding plot where love and danger intertwine. If you're searching for soaring adventures reminiscent of 'Labyrinth', Jordan Lynde's enchanting tale should be added to your list. Whether you're drawn to horror, fantasy, or thought-provoking narratives, these books promise a rich tapestry of stories that cater to all tastes. I agree The Crash was not one of her better books. You should read She started it by Sian Gilbert..definitely not predictable
