In my schedule, I always try to include reading because I love to read. I also schedule to take my kids outside because sometimes we just need to touch grass. Well, today I killed two birds with one stone. I got my 15+ minutes of reading plus took the kids to the pool! #plannergirly #thecorp

Poolside reading lately 📚☀️

Right now I’m reading Goldfinch (Plated Prisoner #6 ) and listening to Alchemized on Audible. Mom reading style lately = multitasking. Audiobook during the day, Kindle at night before bed. I’m trying to read more instead of scrolling at night and fantasy has been the easiest genre for me

The heat index hit 101° today in North Carolina, so I grabbed an iced drink, found a shady spot by the pool, and started People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry. So far, it feels like the perfect summer read. #SummerReads #BookTok #PeopleWeMeetOnVacation #EmilyHenry #ReadingVibes

Reading Manga Poolside

I developed a new habit of reading something by the pool at night. It's peaceful to hear the fountains in the pool, the music of the crickets, and a lack of people. Its soothing to my soul 😌 ✨️ 💕 #poolread #poolsidereading #manga #skipbeat #Lemon8Diary

Poolside reset after a long day.

Sun, water, stillness, and a little reminder that softness is still power. I’m learning to romanticize rest without making myself explain why I deserve it. Soft does not mean small. Relaxed does not mean available. #SoftPower #PoolsideReset #BodyConfidence #SelfCareRitual #Graft
