This book entails so much deceit. The wife, or widow now, is building her dream home and making a new life. After being cheated on, murdering her husband, and leading all evidence back to the mistress, she escaped the cops without even being close to a suspect. Now that she has collected his insurance money, and thinks she’s free and will be all good. Little does she know a man named “Roger” used to be friends with the doctor and is trying to avenge his death, little does she know that though because this Roger is her new boyfriend. Along the way he gains her trust and she must decide if he’s the one or if she must kill again.
This series is good it’s like Freida McFaddens books if I’m to compare thrillers.
