Men in Kilts?! Ah hello, of course, l'm going to dive into this book! First impressions, I was obsessed pretty early on!!

Based in both NYC and Scotland we are presented with a hunky Scotsman and a feisty American beauty. Arranged marriage, age gap, slight BDSM and trauma... what's not to love here?

This romance covered such good tropes and absolutely did them justice. Killan was super grumpy and had great depth.

Sylvie was feisty and on life's struggle bus. They had great enemies-to-lovers chemistry. I was so invested in their relationship and how it all came together. How they came together and were that person that they each needed. I loved it; there was so much goodness.
