Even God’s had enough

Lately, I’ve been feeling like the world is spinning faster than I can keep up with, and honestly, it feels like even the divine must be exhausted by the constant chaos and absurdity around us. When daily news cycles are plagued with turmoil, and people seem wrapped up in foolishness, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and powerless. I’ve found that openly acknowledging this frustration can be surprisingly relieving. Expressing how drained we feel, whether through humor, like imagining that even God is 'doing lines' or simply worn out, helps validate our emotions during unpredictable times. In my own experience, turning to mindfulness and finding small moments of peace has made a big difference. Instead of trying to control everything or combat the world’s craziness head-on, I focus on what I can manage—like deep breathing, short walks, or connecting with close friends who share these feelings. Also, stepping back from social media and news occasionally helps reduce that sensation of overload. When the world’s foolishness feels too much, creating boundaries and giving myself grace is essential. It’s okay to admit that even the divine might be fed up sometimes—it’s a reminder we’re all human, navigating this unpredictable journey.
