Okayyyy, I finally figured out my hair type and now everything makes so much more sense 😭🌊✨
My hair is 2A–2B wavy. It stays fairly straight near the roots, then starts forming loose S-shaped waves through the mids and ends. Some days it looks softer and more relaxed, and other days the waves show up way more depending on the weather, products, brushing, and how I let it dry.
For the longest time, I thought my hair was basically straight with random frizz and bends 😂 but looking at it across different days made the pattern so obvious. It is not fully straight, and it is not consistently curly either. It lives right in that 2A–2B wavy zone.
