GYM PHASES I RECOMMEND SKIPPING

starting the gym can be very discouraging! you also might hear all different things from people that you don’t know are true when starting your fitness journey…

these are 3 phases i recommend skipping to see the results you want faster:

-overtraining: you want to yes work hard in the gym but you dont want to me working hard 7 days a week. your body needs rest/recovery to grow. being in the gym 3-5 times a week is perfect

-undereating: we need to make sure we are fueling our bodies allllll throughout the day. so many people say “i want to grow my glutes” or “why am i not gaining muscle”…. well its because your not eating. you need at least 1g of protein per your body weight or your goal weight!

-inconsistent: progress and results takes lots of time and consistency. you need to be patient…. you most likely wont see results in the first couple weeks but you need to keep going! show up for yourself!

it’s so hard to hit my protein goal bc i can never force myself to eat enough bc i always get full so fast. gaining weight has always been an issue for me tho
