หลายคนทักมาถามว่า “วันขึ้น วันแรม” กับ “วันพระประจำเดือน” ดูยังไง ทำไมบางที่เรียกวันศีล บางที่เรียกวันศีลดับ และถ้า “วันเกิดตรงกับวันพระ” จะดีไหม เรารวบให้แบบอ่านครั้งเดียวเข้าใจค่ะ 1) วันขึ้น วันแรม คืออะไร (ดูง่ายๆ) - วันขึ้น = ช่วงข้างขึ้น พระจันทร์ค่อยๆ เต็มดวง (เหมาะกับงานเริ่มต้น/เพิ่มพลัง ตามความเชื่อ) - วันแรม = ช่วงข้างแรม พระจันทร์ค่อยๆ ลดแสง (เหมาะกับงานจบ-ถอน-ปล่อยวาง) เช่น “แรม 1 ค่ำ” ความหมายก็คือ วันแรกหลังคืนวันเพ็ญ เป็นเหมือนเริ่มรอบการ “ลด” หรือ “ปล่อย” ของพลังจันทร์ ใครชอบทำสมาธิ/จัดบ้าน/เคลียร์ใจ ช่วงนี้จะทำได้ง่ายขึ้น (จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวคือใจนิ่งขึ้นกว่าปกติ) 2) วันพระประจำเดือนนับยังไง โดยทั่วไปวันพระ (วันอุโบสถ) จะวนประมาณเดือนละ 4 ครั้ง คือ - ขึ้น 8 ค่ำ - ขึ้น 15 ค่ำ (วันเพ็ญ) - แรม 8 ค่ำ - แรม 15 ค่ำ (จุดสิ้นรอบ) บางเดือนในปฏิทินจันทรคติ “ไม่มีแรม 15 ค่ำ” ก็จะขยับมาเป็นแรม 14 ค่ำแทน ซึ่งนี่แหละที่หลายคนเรียก “วันพระดับ/วันศีลดับ” 3) วันนี้วันโกนคืออะไร ต่างจากวันพระยังไง “วันโกน” คือ 1 วันก่อนวันพระ ตามธรรมเนียมเดิมเป็นวันที่เตรียมตัวทำบุญ/รักษาศีล (เช่น ทำความสะอาดบ้าน วางแผนไปวัด เตรียมของ) ถ้าคุณเช็กปฏิทินแล้วอยากเตรียมสวดหรือทำใจให้พร้อม วันโกนเป็นวันอุ่นเครื่องที่ดีมาก 4) เบิกฤกษ์ แปลว่าอะไร “เบิกฤกษ์” หมายถึง เปิดฤกษ์/เริ่มต้นฤกษ์ดี เพื่อเริ่มทำสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่งให้เป็นมงคล เช่น เริ่มงาน เปิดร้าน ย้ายบ้าน หรือเริ่มสวด/ตั้งจิตในคืนสำคัญ ถ้าจะใช้กับสายปล่อยวาง เรามองว่าเป็นการ “เบิกทางใจ” ให้เริ่มต้นใหม่หลังจากวางเรื่องเก่าแล้ว 5) วันเกิดตรงกับวันพระ ดีไหม? ส่วนตัวมองว่า “ดีในแง่โอกาส” เพราะวันพระเป็นวันที่คนตั้งใจทำดี งดเว้น ตั้งสติ ถ้าวันเกิดตรงวันพระ เราใช้เป็นวันรีเซ็ตตัวเองได้เลย เช่น ตั้งเจตนาใหม่ ขออโหสิกรรมให้ตัวเอง ลดการโทษตัวเอง และวางแผนทำสิ่งที่ดีขึ้นในรอบปี 6) ถ้าอยากขอขมากรรมในวันพระดับ ทำแบบเรียบง่ายได้ ไม่ต้องพิธีใหญ่ แนะนำให้ทำ 3 อย่างนี้ (ที่เราทำแล้วรู้สึกใจเบาขึ้น) - ตั้งจิตให้ “จบจริง” (ไม่ขอวน ไม่ขอแบก เปิดทางชีวิตใหม่) - กล่าวคำขอขมาแบบสั้นๆ หรือสวดบทที่คุ้น เช่น “อุกาสะ อุกาสะ… อะหัง ขะมามิ สัพพะปาปัง… ข้าพเจ้าขอขมา ขออโหสิกรรมในความผิดทั้งปวง” - สวดจบแล้วเงียบ 1-3 นาที ให้ใจยอมปล่อย ไม่ขุดซ้ำ ทริคเล็กๆ: ถ้าคุณเป็นคนคิดมาก ให้จบด้วยประโยคเดียวในใจว่า “ขอจบตรงนี้ และจะไม่ทำซ้ำอีก” แล้วค่อยนอน จะช่วยให้ไม่วนค่ะ
