in today’s vlog, spend a realistic tuesday morning with me as a mom of 4 🌅 I started my morning routine today with guided meditation + journaling before even getting out of bed - I’ve been making sure I get light on my face right away bc otherwise I’ll want to stay in bed forever 😂 made my collagen mushroom coffee, opened the blinds and tried to convince myself to become a morning person again ☕️
