good afternoon! ☀️ am I on your fyp? and is it normal for your husband to not only agree to letting you paint your front door pink… but actually do it for you too? 🤭💗
but I felt like something was still missing so we’re fixing that today
just me and Evie cleaning, kitchen reset, and doing a few things around the house before getting out for a bit 🚗🫧
went to do a quick car wash to get the sand out from yesterday’s sunday funday and then had to do a TJ Maxx run because I had a vision (wait till you see it!!) 👀
the big girls were out with their dad so it was just a slow, cozy kind of day with Evie 💗
how’s your day going?

Spending a day focused on home and family always feels rewarding, especially when little changes bring big joy. Painting the front door pink might seem like a small project, but it instantly brightened our home's curb appeal and lifted my mood every time I walked in. What makes this even sweeter is having my husband on board—not just agreeing, but helping paint it too, which made the experience feel like a team effort. After tackling some cleaning and a kitchen reset, I found myself craving a quiet day with my toddler, Evie. These peaceful moments alone with her allow me to slow down and truly appreciate the little things—like washing the car to clear away sand from our day at the beach and making an inspired TJ Maxx run. I love how TJ Maxx offers unexpected treasures for cozy home decor that fit perfectly into our style without breaking the bank. Real mom life isn’t always glamorous, but sharing these authentic experiences reminds me—and hopefully others—that it’s okay to have slow days where the simple joys matter most. From managing household tasks to finding time for solo outings, each moment shapes our family’s story and creates lasting memories. If you’re a stay-at-home mom or simply appreciate cozy home transformation, embracing these small but meaningful routines can add comfort and happiness to any day. Plus, getting creative with decorating projects and shopping for home accents can be surprisingly uplifting. Whether it’s a fresh coat of paint on the front door or a deep kitchen reset, making your space feel like home is always worth the effort.
