I met a surprising new parfait at the popular parfait specialty store "Cafe Tent" in Chiba!
It is a hideaway restaurant with a reservation system in a good location, a 1-minute walk from Shin-Kemigawa Station ✨
This time, I had a special menu "PEACHIRAI" limited to August 🍑
It was a parfait like a work of art, convinced by the price of 2800 yen 😊

On the top, you can enjoy a sense of unity like a dish that combines hard and sweet varieties of peaches and smoked smoke
On the body part, luxurious ingredients such as hazelnut richness, white wine vanilla aroma, peach balsamic are layered, and each bite has a new discovery ✨
Especially impressive was the combination of unexpected ingredients such as duck meat and ham
At first, I was surprised, but this perfectly matched the sweetness of the peach and created a taste I had never experienced before ✨
There was raspberry sauce and tea jelly in the glass, and I enjoyed it without getting tired until the end with a different flavor from peach.
The arrangement of each ingredient is calculated, and it is fun like a treasure hunt 😌

「千葉でパフェ専門店を探してる」「新検見川駅近くでケーキやパフェを食べたい」人に向けて、私が“カフェテント（cafe tento / tent cafe）”へ行く前に知っておくと安心だったポイントを補足します。 まず、カフェテントは“毎月替わる魅惑のパフェ”が魅力。写真で見た「桃と鴨の生ハムパフェ」みたいに、甘いだけじゃなく料理寄りの要素（燻製・ハム・鴨など）が入ることもあって、ここが好みの分かれ目だと思います。王道のフルーツパフェを想像して行くと驚くけど、「これが結構合うんだなぁ」と感じる瞬間があってクセになります。 cafe tento メニューは月替わりが中心なので、行く前は公式SNSで当月の内容をチェックするのがおすすめ。苦手食材（お酒の香り、燻製、肉系など）がある場合は、予約前に構成を見ておくと安心でした。価格帯もご褒美寄りなので、“今日はパフェを主役にする日”として予定を組むと満足度が上がります。 次に「カフェ テント 予約」について。土日は完全予約制で枠が限られるので、予約開始直後に動くのがいちばん確実。予約ページを開く前に、同行者の人数・希望時間・決済方法（現金のみ）を決めておくと、入力がスムーズです。時間に遅れると提供順に影響することもあるので、私は新検見川駅に早めに着いて周辺で時間調整しました。 アクセス面は、新検見川駅から徒歩1分が本当に助かります。「近くのパフェ」「近くでパフェが食べられるお店」で探している人にも強い立地。稲毛・検見川・八幡・八千代台あたりからも電車で寄りやすく、“千葉 パフェ”目的の小旅行にちょうどいい距離感です。 店内はアットホームで、くすみカラーが映える落ち着いた雰囲気。写真を撮るなら、席に着いたらまず明るさを確認して、グラスの層が分かる角度を探すと綺麗に残せました。 最後に、パフェを最大限楽しむコツ。上の層だけを食べ切らず、少しずつ混ぜて食べ進めると味の変化が分かりやすいです。紅茶ゼリーやベリー系ソースが入ることもあるので、後半が重くなりすぎず「最後まで飽きない」バランスが好きでした。関東を訪れた時には、ぜひ一度覗いてみて欲しいカフェです。
