実際に行ってみて感じたのは、「大阪駅・梅田で食べ放題（バイキング）にしたいけど、ガヤガヤしすぎるのは苦手…」という人にかなり刺さるお店だということ。SEA&FARM by YANMAR MARCHEは店内が明るくて広々。窓側は特に“隠れた絶景”感があって、ビュッフェなのに落ち着いて食事できました。 ビュッフェの主役は“パンと野菜”。色とりどりのおかず（デリ）が多くて、まず皿が楽しいです。野菜が主役でも物足りない感じはなく、海の幸系のメニューもあるのでバランス良く取れました。「間違いなくお腹いっぱいに！」というタイプの満足感で、食べ放題を選んで正解でした。 パンはトリュフベーカリーの食べ放題が強いポイント。ふわっと小麦の香りがして、そのままでも美味しいし、デリと合わせても相性抜群。パン好きは最初から飛ばすと後半つらくなるので、私は“パン→デリ→パン→スイーツ”みたいに少量ずつ往復するのがおすすめです。 スイーツとドリンクも侮れません。濃厚系のドリンクがあって、デザートも「ビュッフェのオマケ」じゃないクオリティに感じました。タイミングが合えば、鉄板で仕上げるフレンチトーストもぜひ。甘い系の満足度が一気に上がります。 口コミ的に気になる「混雑」ですが、土日限定＆時間制なので回転はするものの、梅田ど真ん中の人気店なので早めの時間帯の方が安心。特に眺望狙いなら、開店寄りを選ぶと席も取りやすい印象でした。 アクセスは阪急梅田駅から徒歩圏内で、茶屋町エリアのランチビュッフェとして使いやすいです。ビュッフェ 梅田駅／バイキング 大阪駅で探している人は、“景色が良い・空間が広い・野菜がちゃんと美味しい”という条件で候補に入れて損なし。家族連れでも友達同士でも使いやすかったです。 最後に小技：ビュッフェは最初に全体を一周してから取ると、好きなもの・初見のものを見逃しにくいです。私は一周して「野菜系を多め＋パンは控えめスタート」にしたら、スイーツまでしっかり楽しめました。
