It is a restaurant renovated from a villa of the Sumitomo Zaibatsu with a history of 110 years, and it is a blissful time to enjoy lunch while looking at the large garden ✨
This time I had a very popular [miniature garden lunch].
First of all, homemade "Yose Mametomi." The sweetness of soybeans is condensed tightly, and if you add a little rock salt, the taste stands out even more. The following miniature garden set has 9 kinds of small bowls lined up richly, and the luxurious content that makes you feel the season firmly. I was very satisfied that each item was carefully made, such as soy milk croquette of pumpkin, fresh fish sashimi, and soaked seasonal vegetables 😌
And the last is Yuba and cooked pot rice. The taste of soybeans and the flavor of soup stock spread, and it is a relaxing taste 🍚. There is no doubt that the volume is plentiful and the heart and stomach are satisfied.
