「センタラグランドホテル大阪のランチって、1000円くらいで食べられる？」と気になって探している方も多いと思うのですが、私が行ったスアンブアのクリスマスランチビュッフェは“ホテルの本気ビュッフェ”価格帯（大人6,500円）でした。その分、料理の種類と満足度がしっかり高いタイプ。結論、コスパは「安さ」より「内容で納得できるか」で判断するのがおすすめです。 まず良かったのが、タイ料理レストランなのにタイだけに寄りすぎないところ。難波で「タイ×ホテルランチ」を探していると、香りが強い料理が多くて好みが分かれることもありますが、ここは洋食・和食も一緒に並ぶので、同伴者の好みに左右されにくいです。実際、グリーンカレーでタイ気分を上げつつ、間に寿司や煮物を挟めるのが地味に助かりました。 ビュッフェでの私的攻略は、最初に全体を1周して“絶対食べたい”を3つ決めること。今回は「タイのクリスマスチキン」「カレー系」「スイーツ（ブッシュ・ド・ノエル系）」を軸にしました。特にチキンはスパイスが立っていて、甘いものの合間に食べると口がリセットされて食が進みます。 写真目的の人はスイーツを先にチェックしておくのが◎。クリスマスカラーで可愛いので、混む時間帯だと欲しいものが一瞬で減ることも。私は先に少しだけ確保→食事→最後にデザート追い込み、の順が一番満足でした。 あと、よく検索で見かける「心斎橋グランドホテル大阪 バイキング」「グランドホテル大阪 バイキング」と迷う場合は、場所と内容で整理すると選びやすいです。センタラは“なんば駅近＆開放的なタイ料理レストランで、期間限定のクリスマス感も楽しめる”のが強み。単なる食べ放題というより、イベント感込みで楽しみたい日に向いています。 少しでもお得に行きたいなら、予約サイトのクーポン（15%OFFなど）が出ているかは事前に要チェック。ホテルビュッフェは総額が大きい分、割引の効きが体感でもわかりやすいです。
