私が「おばんざい わびすけ（難波）」のランチで特に助かったのは、“900円でここまで揃うんや…”という内容の分かりやすさと安心感でした。初めて行くと「わびすけランチメニューって実際どんな感じ？量は？待つ？」が気になると思うので、体感をもう少し補足します。 まず注文の流れはシンプルで、席はカウンターのみ。入店→着席→定食を注文、というテンポで回転は早めでした。とはいえ人気店なので、私のときも開店前から並ぶ人がちらほら。難波でだし巻きランチを狙うなら、開店直後に合わせるか、13時過ぎなどピークを外すと体感待ち時間がラクでした（売り切れもあるので、遅め訪問はそこだけ注意）。 名物の肉だし巻き定食は、だし巻き卵が主役なのに“牛肉の甘辛さ”でご飯が進むタイプ。出汁のじゅわっと感が強くて、ふわふわ・とろとろ寄りの食感でした。難波だし巻き定食で探している人には、この「卵だけじゃなく肉の満足感がある」のがポイントだと思います。 それと、定食を彩る小鉢の存在が大きいです。小鉢4種は日替わり感があって、ひじき・ポテサラ・白菜の炊いたん・煮物みたいな“おばんざい”がちょこちょこ食べられるので、見た目以上に満腹になりました。さらに刺身が付く日もあって、1,000円を切る定食とは思えない充実度。豚汁も具がしっかりで、私はここで一気に満足度が上がりました。 ご飯はおかわり自由なので、だし巻き＋小鉢でご飯が足りなくなりがちな人にも向いてます。逆に「軽めに食べたい」人は、最初の盛りを少なめにしてもらえるか店員さんに相談すると安心です（混雑時はタイミングを見て）。 支払いは現金・PayPayに対応していて、ランチの使い勝手も◎。難波で「おばんざいランチ」「だし巻きランチ」を探しているなら、まず外さない一軒だと思いました。次はチキン南蛮定食も気になってるので、またピークを避けてリピ予定です。
