静カフェの魅力は、なんといっても七輪で自分好みに焼けるお団子の楽しさにあります。私も訪れた際、もちもちのお団子を焼く感覚がとても新鮮で、焦げ目をつけたり茹でたてを楽しんだりと、味わいの違いをじっくり堪能できました。セットのお茶は20種類もの大和茶から香りを選べるので、香りを楽しみながらゆったり過ごせるのも嬉しいポイントです。 また、ペット同伴可能な個室があるので愛犬と一緒に訪問でき、ワンちゃん用メニューも用意されているなど細やかな配慮が感じられます。車で大阪市内から約40分のアクセスで、日差したっぷりの明るい古民家空間がとても心地よいです。予約制で1日18組限定なので、訪れる際は必ず事前予約をお忘れなく。駐車場も完備されており1組につき1台まで利用可能です。 古民家の風情と昔ながらの七輪という昔の道具を使い、焼き加減や味付けを自分でアレンジできる贅沢な体験は、奈良でのカフェ時間をより特別なものにしてくれます。焼きあがったお団子を熱々のみたらし餡にたっぷり浸ける食べ方は絶品で満足度が高いです。さらに、北海道産ブランド米「ゆめぴりか」の焼きおにぎりに自家製醤油で香ばしく仕上げてから、丁寧に出汁入りのお茶をかけて食べるお茶漬けセットはここでしか味わえない逸品です。奈良で和カフェを楽しみたい方におすすめのお店です。
