「自分で焼いて食べる団子って実際どう？」と思って行ったけど、古民家 静カフェは“体験”としての満足度が高かったです。七輪が目の前にあるので、表面だけ香ばしくしたり、しっかり焼き目を付けたり、好みの焼き加減で調整できるのが楽しいポイント。特にみたらし団子は、焼きたてを熱々の餡にくぐらせる瞬間がいちばんテンション上がりました。外カリッ→中もちっの食感になって、同じ団子でもお店で出てくる完成品とは別物。 和スイーツカフェを探している人は、行く前に「予約枠」「滞在時間」「駐車場ルール」だけ先に把握しておくのがおすすめ。ここは完全予約制＆1日18組限定なので、週末や連休は特に埋まりやすい印象でした。当日予約ができる日もあるけど、移動してから取れないとつらいので、私は前日までに予約状況をチェックしました。駐車場は台数が限られていて“1組1台まで”の注意書きがあるので、友達と行くなら乗り合わせが安心です。 「お茶漬け 近く」で探している人にも刺さるのが、七輪で焼くおにぎり茶漬け。焼きおにぎりに自家製醤油を塗って香りを立ててから、急須の出汁入りお茶をかける流れが最高でした。さらっと食べられるのに、香ばしさがあるので満足感もあります。ランチと甘味どっちも楽しみたい日は、団子＋茶漬けの組み合わせにすると“和カフェ欲”が一気に満たされます。 あと地味にうれしいのが大和茶。セットのお茶は種類が多くて、香りを確かめながら選べるので「普段は緑茶しか飲まない」人でも選びやすいと思います。日差したっぷりの古民家空間で、ゆっくりお茶を飲みながら焼く時間が“優雅な時間”そのもの。 ペット同伴OKの部屋があるのも特徴で、わんちゃん連れの人は事前に同伴可能エリアか確認しておくとスムーズです。大和高田市で落ち着くカフェを探しているなら、ここはかなり有力候補でした。
