Makio Sanso Nuvola is a hideaway restaurant located at the foot of Mt.
Just opened in July 2025. A warm space like a mountain hut renovated from an old private house 🌿
Extraordinary lunch time to spend while looking at the nature spreading outside the window.
The main dish here is Neapolitan pizza with a texture like a cloud, as the name "Nuvola" (cloud in Italian) 🍕
It is characterized by large raised ears (cornichones). The outside is crisp and the inside is surprisingly light ☁️

検索している人が気になりそうな「写真だと実際どう？」「メニューの量や雰囲気は？」「レビュー的に注意点ある？」を、行ってみた目線で補足します。 まず雰囲気。和泉市の山の中で、大自然に佇むおしゃれな古民家。店内は木の温もりがあって、開放的な空間で緑を眺めながら食事できるのが最高でした。街中のカフェみたいに騒がしくないので、落ち着いたこの場所なら、ざわついた心もグッと休まる感じ。写真を撮るなら、窓際席やテラス側が光が入りやすくておすすめです。 名物のピザは、オープンで焼き上げた「あつあつ」が出てくるのが嬉しいポイント。生地は外がパリッと、中はフワッ。特に耳（コルニチョーネ）が大きくせり上がっていて、ほんとに“雲のようなピザ”って表現がしっくりきました。私は王道のマルゲリータを選ぶと、生地の良さが一番わかりやすいと思います。クリーム系が好きな人は「ホタテクリームとアスパラ」みたいな濃厚系も満足度高め。 メニュー選びのコツとしては、ピザ＋ドルチェまで食べる前提で行くと幸せ度が上がります。スイーツも絶品で、ティラミスはコーヒーと合わせると最後まできれいにまとまる印象。ランチで行っても、デザートまで頼む人が多いのは納得でした。 テラス席はペット同伴OKなので、犬連れの和泉市ランチを探している人にも合います。さらに足元ヒーターがあるので、冬でも「テラスは寒くて無理…」となりにくいのがありがたいところ。 注意点はアクセス。バスは本数が少なめなので、基本は車（ドライブ）推奨です。駐車場あり＆WEB予約ができるとのことなので、週末や行楽シーズンは予約しておくと安心。山道は時間に余裕を持って、安全運転で向かうのが◎です。
