Carefully finished dishes are beautifully arranged in small bowls, and it is already luxurious from the appearance ✨
There are many kinds of small bowls using local vegetables, and you can feel the commitment firmly to each item.
The hamburger that I had as the main was a gentle taste with a fluffy texture.
Coupled with the Japanese space, it was lunch time like relaxing to the heart 😌

私が行った感想として、「写真で見るより庭園が広い！」がいちばんの驚きでした。水間観音駅から少し歩くと立派な門構えが見えてきて、そこをくぐった瞬間に空気が変わる感じ。庭園を眺める古民家ランチって、想像以上に“癒し”の力が強いです。 ■予約（完全予約制・三部制）の注意点 cafe りえぞん水間は完全予約制＆三部制なので、ふらっと入店は基本むずかしめ。私は予定が決まった時点で早めに予約しました。予約枠が決まっている分、店内が混みすぎず、和の空間で落ち着いて過ごせるのが良さでもあります。行くなら「どの時間帯にしたいか（ゆっくり庭園を眺めたい／サクッとランチしたい）」も合わせて考えると満足度が上がります。 ■メニューの雰囲気（小鉢が主役級） ランチは小鉢がいろいろ付くスタイルで、地元野菜がちょこちょこ楽しめるのが嬉しいポイント。メインのハンバーグはふわっとやさしい味で、濃い味が苦手な人にも合いそうだなと思いました。写真を撮るなら、小鉢が並んだタイミングがいちばん映えます。和室×庭園の背景も相性抜群なので、席に着いたらまず一枚撮っておくのがおすすめ。 ■アクセス・駐車場（車でも行きやすい） アクセスは水間観音駅から徒歩圏内。道中も“水間らしさ”があって散歩気分で向かえました。駐車場があるので、貝塚市内や大阪南部から車で来る人も動きやすいと思います。 ■どんな人におすすめ？ ・貝塚でおしゃれランチを探している ・古民家カフェが好き／静かな和室で過ごしたい ・庭園を眺めながら、会話メインでゆっくりしたい 逆に、回転の早いランチや賑やかなカフェを求める日には不向きかも。ここは「疲れを癒してくれそう」「心までほっこり」を求める日に刺さるお店です。予約して行く価値、しっかりありました。
