実際に行く前に知っておくと安心だったポイントを補足します。結論、梅田で「安い・早い・静かめ」の定食ランチを探してる人にかなり刺さりました。 ■一般開放の時間に注意 私がいちばん大事だと思ったのがここで、一般利用は13時〜になる日があるみたいです（現地でもそう案内されていました）。お昼ど真ん中の12時台に行くと入れない可能性があるので、初回は13時以降に寄せるのが安全です。逆にその時間帯は人も少なくて快適でした。 ■入館〜食事までの流れ（初見でも迷わない） 1) 毎日新聞大阪本社ビルに入館 2) 9階へ上がって食堂「まいてりあ」へ 3) 入口付近の機械でプリペイドカードを購入＆チャージ 4) トレーを取って、セルフでおかずを選ぶ（定食・麺・丼など） 5) レジでカード決済→席へ セルフでおかずを選べるので、野菜を足したり小鉢を増やしたり、気分で調整できるのが良かったです。 ■料金感：1000円超えにくいのが嬉しい 梅田ランチって気づいたら1,200〜1,500円…になりがちですが、ここは組み合わせても1,000円を超えにくい印象でした。カレーライス（480円）みたいな分かりやすい安さのメニューもあるので、「今日は節約したい」日に助かります。 ■メニューの選び方（迷ったらこれ） ・しっかり食べたい→日替わり定食（ご飯・みそ汁・小鉢系で満足度高め） ・サクッと→麺類（ラーメン/そば系） ・軽め→ホットドッグ（小腹向け） 私は“定食＋野菜系小鉢”が当たりでした。味もしっかりしていて、社員食堂のイメージより普通においしいです。 ■席・雰囲気：広々＆窓際が気持ちいい ビルの9階なので、窓際カウンターは梅田の景色が見えて地味にテンション上がります。テーブル席もあって全体的に広々。ひとりでも居心地がよく、提供も早めなので「梅田の穴場定食屋ランチ」枠として覚えておくと便利です。 ■行く前のチェック（持ち物/設備） 支払いは現金→プリペイドカード式なので、現金は持って行くのがおすすめ。Wi‑Fiはなしとのことだったので、作業目的というより“ごはん目的”が向いてます。
