On April 10, 2026, "Starbucks Reserve ® Cafe Shinsaibashi PARCO B1F Store" will open in Shinsaibashi PARCO B1F!
It is the second store in Japan following Shinjuku Marui in Tokyo and the first store in western Japan 🚃
Based on the design concept of Milanese Kissaten, the space is a fusion of the bar culture of Milan, Italy and the coffee shop culture of Japan.
It was the largest in Japan with 107 seats, and it was a calm and luxurious atmosphere that made me forget that I was in the middle of Shinsaibashi.
The main feature of this shop is that it is a cafe bakery where you can enjoy Cornetti from the Italian bakery "Princi ®" and espresso beverage ® Starbucks Reserve.
I ordered these three items this time.
① Cornetti plane (380 yen)
Italian croissant with a crispy texture. It is delicious even if you eat it as it is, but dipping it in a latte is a local style, and when I tried it, it certainly went well with coffee.
② Cornetti Tiramisu (790 yen)
Coffee syrup and mascarpone are layered on the cornetti and topped with a grinded "Princi ® Blend." It is a new taste that combines bittersweet cornetti and tiramisu.
③ Classic Double Tall Latte (760 yen)
Starbucks Reserve ® espresso latte with classic syrup. Hot is finished with latte art. The balance of deep richness and slight sweetness was polite.
In addition, there is an "arrangement bar" where you can customize it to your liking with 6 types of toppings such as cacao nibs, brown sugar, pink pepper, etc.
It is open from 8: 00 am to 22: 30 am. The depth of the pocket that can be used from morning activities to the closing cafe is also attractive.

実際に行ってみてまず感じたのは、「ここ本当に心斎橋のど真ん中？」って思うくらい空気が落ち着いていたこと。心斎橋PARCOの地下1階なので雨の日でも行きやすく、心斎橋駅からの動線もシンプルでした。待ち合わせや買い物の合間に寄れる“使い勝手の良さ”が、この新店舗の強みだと思います。 店内は席数が多め（体感でもかなり広い）で、1人でも入りやすい雰囲気。作業したい人・ゆっくり会話したい人のどちらにも寄り添う配置でした。私が行った時は、レジ周りは少し人が集まりやすい一方で、奥の席は意外と静か。まずは店内を軽く見てから席を確保すると落ち着けます。 そして“普通のスタバとの違い”が分かりやすいのが、スターバックス リザーブ®ならではの「自社焙煎コーヒー」やエスプレッソの濃厚さ。香りが華やかで、同じラテでも余韻が長い印象でした。甘めにしたい日はシロップ系、コーヒー感を楽しみたい日はストレート寄り、と選び方でも満足度が変わります。 フードはプリンチ®のコルネッティが主役級。個人的におすすめしたい食べ方は、ラテにディップすること。サクッとした生地が少ししっとりして、上品な甘みとコーヒーのコクが合わさって「ちょっとリッチな気分」になれました。甘い系（ティラミスなど）を選ぶなら、飲み物は甘さ控えめにするとバランスが取りやすいです。 気になる人が多い“テラス席”については、地下フロアのため基本は店内中心の利用感でした（外気を感じるというより、ゆったり座れるカフェ空間）。テラス席目的なら、心斎橋エリアの別店舗も候補に入れつつ、ここは「リザーブの特別感」と「プリンチ®」狙いで行くのが満足ルートだと思います。 最後に、使う時間帯のおすすめ。朝8:00オープンなので朝活にも強く、夜22:30まで営業しているのもありがたいポイント。買い物前の一杯にも、1日の〆カフェにもぴったり。心斎橋パルコの飲食店選びで迷ったら、まずここを保存しておくと安心です。
