【 Cafe bar where you can relax with Japanese tea and handmade rice in Tamagawa, Fukushima-ku 🍵 A place where you can know about tea carefully 】
About a 2-minute walk from Tamagawa Station, I went to the Japanese tea cafe bar "te. Japanese tea" located on the 1st floor of "To Building."
Mutsu Building is a complex facility based on the concept of "BUILD THE WAY," a building where restaurants, manufacturing, work and living live together.
te., located on the first floor, was a mysterious and relaxing space with a mixture of wood-style handmade interior and inorganic ceilings 😌
This time I got four items.
① Tea rice rice ball and plenty of pork soup set meal 2 sets (1,300 yen)
A set of two kinds of rice balls, edamame shiokonbu and broiled white miso, pork soup with plenty of ingredients, pickles and bancha.
The rice is a handmade rice that makes use of the taste of the ingredients, and the tea rice rice ball has a gentle taste.The pork soup has a solid soup stock, and the taste of the ingredients is soaked in a cup.
Although it was a simple combination, it was a set meal with a feeling of satisfaction after eating.
② halte pudding (800 yen)
Sweets with seasonal fruits on pudding with plenty of eggs.
The firm texture was well balanced with the bitterness of caramel, and it was just the right sweetness to finish the meal.
③ Matcha (from 850 yen)
One of the teas carefully selected by the owner from all over Japan. The appearance of making matcha in front of you is a masterpiece!
④ Bancha (600 yen)
Bancha with a simple and friendly taste was compatible with meals and it was comfortable to want to drink as many cups as possible.
In the style of ordering at the counter and paying ahead, if you wait slowly at your seat, you will bring your food.
On weekends Friday and Saturday, the bar time is also open, and you can enjoy cocktails and mocktails using Japanese tea 🍸

Japanese teaの魅力は、何と言っても茶飯おにぎりと具沢山の豚汁定食の優しい味わいです。おにぎりは枝豆塩昆布と炙り白味噌の2種類があり、素材の旨味を活かした手づくりごはんが心をほっとさせてくれます。豚汁はしっかりと出汁の旨味が染み渡り、具材の食感も楽しめる一杯で、体も心も温まることでしょう。 また、スイーツのhalteプリンはたまご感が濃厚で、季節のフルーツ添えがアクセントになっています。固めの食感と苦みの効いたカラメルが食事の〆にぴったりです。店主が目の前で丁寧に点てる抹茶は見た目も味も一級品。こちらは日本各地から厳選されたお茶ならではの深い味わいが楽しめます。 番茶は素朴ながらも親しみやすく、食事との相性も抜群。何杯でも飲みたくなる優しい味わいでした。特に印象的だったのは、店内のインテリアの手づくり感と無機質な天井との絶妙なバランスで、未完成感が逆に居心地の良さを生んでいる点です。 金・土のバータイムは日本茶を使ったカクテルやモクテルを提供しており、昼間とはまた違う楽しみ方ができます。大阪福島区の隠れ家的なこちらのカフェバーは、上 質な日本茶とちょっとした贅沢気分を求める方に自信を持っておすすめしたいスポットです。
