On April 27, 2026, "Picnic Lounge Uriel" opened in Nakazakicho, Osaka!
It is an afternoon tea cafe with a reservation system (picnic area only) that was born as a sister store of the popular protected cat cafe "Uriel" in Nakazaki-cho.
From the moment you open the door, a space separated from everyday life spreads out. The sound of water flowing from a large fountain, a picnic area surrounded by flowers and greenery, and a white draped ceiling - it is a fantastic world view like a movie set, and it is a space that becomes a picture no matter where you cut it 🌷
The hospitality that a cool butler and a cute maid welcome you is also impressive.
The fact that you can choose your own teacups and plates is a nice production that enhances the special feeling ☕

Contrary to the cuteness of the appearance, each dish is well-crafted, and the finish feels the commitment to the material. Especially the moist and thick texture of French toast was a dish that condensed the commitment of the shop. The candy ring handed over on the way home is also in the case, and it is so cute that you want to decorate it.
It is a nice point for those who want to spend a relaxing time that you can have as much tea as you like with tea free 😌
The use time is 120 minutes on weekdays and 90 minutes on holidays (extension is not possible). Reservations can be made from Tablecheck or official LINE. The picnic area is fully reserved, so be sure to make a reservation in advance.
The picnic area can accommodate up to 12 people in a relaxed style with shoes off. Please be aware in advance that there is no private parking lot and pets are not allowed.
It is a shop that I would like to recommend as a special day experience such as pushing activities and birthdays.

実際に行ってみて「これは事前に知っておくと快適！」と思ったポイントを、ピクニックラウンジ・ウリエルのレビューとして補足します。 まず予約。ピクニックエリアは完全予約制なので、行く日が決まったら早めにTableCheckか公式LINEで押さえるのが安心でした。特に週末は滞在時間が短め（休日は90分）なので、到着が遅れるともったいない…！中崎町駅からは徒歩圏内ですが、初めてだと路地で迷いやすいので、5〜10分は余裕を見て向かうのがおすすめです。 入店して印象的だったのは、噴水の水音と、隅々まで行き渡るお花と緑の装飾。写真で見ていた以上に“幻想的な世界”で、ピクニック体験として非日常感をしっかり味わえました。席は靴を脱いでくつろぐスタイルなので、脱ぎ履きしやすい靴だと楽。スカートの人は長め丈や羽織があると安心だと思います。 料理は見た目だけじゃなく、手の込んだものばかりで満足度高め。特にフレンチトーストは食感がしっとりとろっとしていて、コースの中でも記憶に残りました。甘い→しょっぱいのバランスも良く、ほうれん草とベーコンのキッシュが良い箸休めに。ティーフリー（紅茶も飲み放題）なので、ゆっくり話したい日にも相性が良かったです。私は「最初に軽めの紅茶→甘いものが来たら香り強め→最後はすっきり系」と流れを作ると、全体を飽きずに楽しめました。 撮影目的の人向け注意点も。撮影は“自席でのみ”なので、席移動して映える場所を探すのはNG。だからこそ、最初に座席周りで「噴水がどの角度で入るか」「花と緑が背景に入るか」を確認してから、ドリンクが来る前にサクッと構図を決めるのがコツでした。器やカップを自分で選べるのも楽しいので、迷ったら“背景のドレープ天井や緑に合う淡い色”を選ぶと写真がまとまりやすいです。 最後に細かいところ。専用駐車場はないので電車移動が無難、ペット同伴不可も要チェック。推し活や誕生日みたいに「特別な日のアフタヌーンティーを大阪で探している」人には、かなり刺さる空間だと思いました。
