ive been going to the gym for a little over a week
my problem before was that I wanted to go to the gym everyday and when i didnt i felt discourage to continue.
now i go to the gym only on the days i dont have work so like 4 days a week.
i used to want to always do everything i can in a day and with my schedule that isnt possible
i am also right now just focusing on parts of my body that i want to improve this keeps me motivated because i know i will see improvement in that specific spot because im pushing it everytime i go to the gym
for example im working on my tummy fat and waist. i feel like once i see those results for those parts i am going to want to continue with other parts like my arms and legs more etc.
granted i do still work on my back and arms and legs just at a smaller scale than my waist and tummy
ive also been rollerskating more consistently now and im just taking myself back to the basics like manuals and spins so i can get my one leg pivots down.
all and all i know that consistency will be key even if i cant workout everyday single day
good luck on yalls winter arcs 🫡
After a week of hitting the gym, I've learned that setting realistic goals is essential. Instead of overwhelming myself with daily workouts, I've tailored my routine to four days a week. Training specific areas like my waist and tummy not only keeps me motivated but also encourages progress. Additionally, diversifying my exercise with rollerskating has helped refine my skills, focusing on basics like manuals and spins. Remember, fitness is a journey, and consistency is key to achieving your objectives. Moreover, engaging with a community can provide support and accountability, making your fitness journey enjoyable and sustainable. Utilize social media platforms to share your experiences, connect with others, and seek advice or inspiration. As you progress, it's important to celebrate small victories to maintain motivation. Whether it's fitting into your favorite jeans or mastering a new skating trick, every achievement matters. Good luck on your own fitness journey!

Great job keep it up ! <3. For your roller skating do you have any resources that I can use as a beginner trying to improve?
