Getting back
I’ve been struggling the last few months first being in an unsafe place and now just being in an uncomfortable place having to temporarily move out of my box truck into someone else’s house having them say some weird unhinged shit to me and just trying to ignore it feeling like I’m falling back on my routine bc I’m no longer in my own space it’s like I’m not sure how to fix what’s wrong or how to deal with it we’ll be leaving soon but idk still all of it makes me just feel out of place and uncomfortable being a grown up I’m trying to work through the weird feelings reignite the spark that’s been lost through stress i always feel like I absorb the things around me really working on transmuting the anxiety into useful energy
Moving can be a significant source of stress, particularly when it forces you out of your comfort zone. During times of transition, it's essential to establish routines that ground you, even in unfamiliar settings. Consider exploring mindfulness techniques, such as meditation or yoga, to help cultivate inner peace. Connecting with supportive communities can also provide a sense of belonging and understanding. Journaling your thoughts may assist in processing emotions and reclaiming your sense of self during chaotic times. You’re not alone in feeling lost; many face similar challenges. Embrace this opportunity for personal growth and transformation, turning anxiety into action. Whether you're redefining what home means to you or seeking ways to manage stress, know that each step forward is progress. Establishing small, achievable goals can provide a sense of accomplishment and lead to reinvigorating your life's purpose.
