Baby Blue (postpartum plummet) The name is cute, but the symptoms are not cute at all.

At first I didn't think it would be, but I wanted to put it as an illustration for other mothers or mothers who are about to give birth, be prepared.

Something you want your mom to prepare to deal with and maybe relieve Baby Blue.

1. Find someone to help

Plan if we have someone to raise the baby.

If not, are we ready to deal with the patience that it may exceed the limits we used to sleep deprivation, or the body's illness that can occur from breast pumping, sores, surgery, sterilization, high pressure, which can occur after birth, etc.

2. Purchase a device that helps mothers to raise their children to prepare, focus automatically, save time (if budgeted)

Would recommend buying it now because it really helps us

Such as on / off remote-operated lights, milk bottle washer with steamer, pampering changer, standing bathtub, washing machine, folding open-closed mosquito net, milk brew hot water press, milk warmer, automatic trash can, breastfeeding good seat / milk pump, etc.

Small things, but it helps when we're alone, raising children, all the time.

3. Milk matters are very important.

Plan early on to enter the breast or the pump line.

If we get in the breast and don't have milk, we have to be very patient in the early weeks, feeding milk like a cup, catching a boat, sleeping.

But if the milk pump, and if there's no milk, can't stand it, we have to go to plan two, can we go to the milk pump line? Are we okay?

Study before giving birth, because if you give a bottle of milk, you can reject a breast.

And if the pump line is very painful, you may be lucky to find a good pump, a clean pump, but not everyone is like that, ulcerated nipples, breast treatments, lumps of milk, because the pump is not clean, the cones do not fit, abrasion, etc.

The other line is milk powder. I want to say that this is the most comfortable for you.

4. Talking to those around you about baby blue.

It may happen that if it happens, how to sympathize with us, how can people help us?

Sometimes crying, even if it's nonsense, but not comforting your husband can make it harder.

That could be down to you if my state of mind isn't stable.

It's encouraging for all mothers to get through this time.

We were lucky to have a parent to raise. There was a friend who was just a mother before us to answer the line. Having someone talk helped a lot.
